On behalf of the Guthrie Family, we are happy to announce that your name has been permanently enshrined on a seat in the Woody Guthrie Center Theater in Tulsa, Oklahoma! This seat will ensure that there will always be a place for you, and members of your family, to sit amongst the greater family of blood relatives and soul mates that surrounded Woody Guthrie throughout his life, and afterlife! The RAMBLIN' JACK ELLIOTT seat sits among the original greats: Lead Belly, Pete and Toshi Seeger, Cisco Houston, Will Geer, Sonny Terry and Brownie McGhee, Alan Lomax and Moses Asch are among those who you can now enjoy as your in-house neighbors.  Congratulations, and this is only one of the ways we can thank you for the tremendous contributions you've made over all these years, keeping Woody's music, words, story and heart alive and well. You continue to be one of his most significant emissaries!
